Copier Tip
Are you are getting a line in your copies, but not when printing from your computer?
Try cleaning the 2 pieces of glass under the ADF (automatic document feeder) lid.
If that doesn’t work, let us know and we can schedule a repair.
Printer Tip
Are you having any type of poor print quality when printing?
Try replacing the toner cartridge with a new one or with one you know works well. This will either confirm or eliminate if the problem is related directly to the toner cartridge. If the problem persists, call us for assistance.
